Learn to make lotions, the different elements that go into it, and Learn my best lotion recipe and my tips and tricks to make the lotions stable. We will make a batch in class and you get a bottle!

Learn different respiratory herbs and when they are most appropriate. Make a respiratory syrup in class and receive some extra recipes for 2 different respiratory syrups and elderberry syrup. Make a chest rub and herbal steam blend.
